You may update or deactivate your Customer account information by logging into your online account. Please note, if you deactivate your account, we may retain certain information as required by law or for legitimate business purposes.
You may opt out of receiving promotional emails from Realtime by following the instructions in those emails. If you opt out of such messages, we may still send you transactional or relationship messages, such as those about your account or our ongoing business relations.
